How to Register
Registration is now open through July 20, 2008. To register, obtain a registration form from the information card display in the Cypress Wesleyan Church lobby, call the church office at 614-878-8192 and ask for one to mailed to you, or you may print one by clicking HERE. Once your registration form is completed, return it to the Cypress Wesleyan Church Office by mailing it to P.O. Box 360, Galloway, OH 43119 or drop it off in the Church office at 377 Alton Darby Creek Road, Galloway, OH 43119.
Cost
Early registration cost is $79 through July 13, 2008. After July 13, 2008 the cost is $89. This year's fee also includes a weekly game day snack (snack and drink) for each player.
Evaluation Dates
Everyone MUST attend one soccer evaluation. These evaluations take place at Cypress Wesleyan Church, 377 Alton Darby Creek Rd., Galloway, OH 43119.
Evaluation dates:
Children entering 1st - 3rd grades ~ Tuesday, July 22nd at 6:30 pm, or 7 pm, or 7:30 pm
Children entering 4th - 6th grades ~ Thursday, July 24th at 6:30 pm, or 7 pm, or 7:30 pm
Make-Up Evaluation Day: Tuesday, August 5th at 6:30 pm.
You only need to come at one of the listed time on your evaluation day. Whichever time you come is your choice; you do not need to notify us. Families with children that are to be evaluated on different nights may bring all children to one night's evaluation.
Schedule
Practices begin the week of Tuesday, September 2, 2008. Your child's specific date and time will be given to you after evaluations are completed and team assignments are made.
The first soccer game is Saturday, September 13, 2008.
The Awards Celebration is scheduled for Friday, November 7, 2008 at 7 pm.
