How to Register
You may obtain a registration form from the Cypress Wesleyan Church Office, or you may print one from this web page. Once your registration form is completed, return it to the Cypress Wesleyan Church Office by mailing it to P.O. Box 360, Galloway, OH 43119 or drop it off in the church office at 377 Alton Darby Creek Road, Galloway, OH 43119.
DEADLINE TO REGISTER IS NOVEMBER 10.
No registrations will be accepted after this deadline- No Exceptions.

Cost
The registration fee is $89 per child. Registration for Cypress attendees (those registered in our database) is discounted to $65.
Evaluation Dates
Everyone MUST attend one basketball evaluation. These evaluations take place at Cypress Wesleyan Church, 377 Alton Darby Creek Rd., Galloway, OH 43119 as follows:
5th and 6th Grade Boys/Girls Monday, November 17, 6:30-8pm
3rd and 4th Grade Boys/Girls Tuesday, November 18, 6:30-8pm
1st and 2nd Grade Boys/Girls Wednesday, November 19, 6:30-8pm
Schedule
Practices begin the week of January 5, 2009. Your child's specific date and time will be given to you after evaluations are completed and team assignments are made.
The first basketball game is scheduled for Saturday, January 10, 2009.
The Awards Celebration will be held March 12, 2009 6:30-8:30.
League Changes to Note
Due to the large number of participants, we will no longer honor practice night exclusions or carpool links.
